The first is an early rivalry contest between Texas and Oklahoma. The other is a night game between Notre Dame and Virginia Tech. Mark May is calling for a major upset in one of them.May, who worked at ESPN for years as a college football analyst, believes that Virginia Tech, at home, will eke out a win over the undefeated Irish. He’s calling for a 31-30 win for the Hokies. He also tagged his former colleague Lou Holtz to rub it in.Notre Dame, at the moment, is favored by 6.5 points. The Fighting Irish have looked very good so far this year.There are many who believe that Virginia Tech is Notre Dame’s toughest opponent left on the schedule.
